This policy explains what data marketing-signal.com collects, why, and how long it is kept. We collect as little as possible: you do not need an account to read anything here.

Newsletter and contact form

If you subscribe to the newsletter we store your email address and subscription date solely to send the newsletter, and every issue includes an unsubscribe link. If you contact us, we keep your message and email address to reply and to maintain a record of corrections requests.

Data retention

Aggregate analytics are retained for up to 26 months. Newsletter records are kept until you unsubscribe, plus 12 months for suppression purposes so we do not email you again by mistake. Contact messages are kept for 24 months. Server logs are kept for 30 days.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. Write to privacy@marketing-signal.com and we will respond within the period required by applicable law.

Changes

We will update this page when our data practices change and revise the effective date accordingly.
